tae Embark on 3-Month Shoot
Filming got underway on October 1st for the new con artist thriller
Kkun. Stars Hyun-bin and YOO Ji- tae will film the project for three months. Featuring alongside them in the film will be BAE Sung-woo, PARK Sung- and K-pop singer Nana. The film follows a brilliant confidence man who only goes after other swindlers. On the other hand, an ambitious prosecutor is seeking to take him down. woong
Playing the con man, Hyun-bin recently completed production on the JK Film thriller Cooperation. The star is known for his roles in A Millionaire’s First Love (2006), Late Autumn (2011) and The Fatal Encounter (2014).
Old Boy (2003) star YOO Ji-
tae, who will play the prosecutor, recently appeared the Korea-Japan co-production The Tenor Lirico Spinto (2014) and will be back in theatres next month in the bowling drama Split with actress LEE Jung- hyun.
Filling out the cast are popular supporting stars BAE Sung-woo of Veteran (2015) and Inside Men (2015) and PARK Sung-
woong of The Shameless (2015) and Office (2015). Nana, a member of K-pop group After School, recently co-starred with YOO Ji- tae and JEON Do- yeon in the TV drama The Good Wife.
