Yoon-a Nabs Next Generation Award in Macau
Korean film talent came away with several awards at this year’s 12th Asian Film Awards, which took place at the Venetian Hotel in Macau. Four Korean film professionals picked up prizes from a total of 17 nominations for Korean talent in total.

Yoon-a, who last year appeared in the hit North Korean spy action-comedy
Confidential Assignment (2017), walked away with this year’s Next Generation Award. She was also on hand to present an award.
Korean actor
YANG Ik-june, known for writing and directing the acclaimed indie gangster drama
Breathless (2009), earned the Best Supporting Actor award for his part in the Japanese boxing drama
Wilderness (2017).
