Director SHIN Yeon-shick who recently came into the industry’s spotlight due to the positive reception of The Russian Novel (2012), has produced a film a year including last year’s Rough Play and the Jeonju Digital Project film The Avian Kind in 2014. Without a break, he’s on the set for his next piece. Like a French Film (d/t) is an omnibus feature with four episodes of which three parts have already finished shooting. The four parts of the film are ‘A Time to Leave’, ‘A Lady Selling Beer’, A Remaining Time’ and ‘Like a French Film’. Other casts include LEE Yoo Mee who has worked with the director in all three films previously mentioned. Actor LEE Kwang-hoon who is more active in TV dramas will be in the section called ‘A Time to Leave’ where he plays an attorney. One of the episodes will also have Steve YEUN from The Walking Dead series in the lead. This will be his Korean debut.
