Special Overseas Poster for NOBODY'S DAUGHTER HAEWON
A special international poster for
HONG Sangsoo's 14th feature
Nobody's Daughter Haewon has been unveiled. The poster was produced ahead of the film's entry to the Berlin International Film Festival and it was one of the last two which was shortlisted to become the official overseas poster.
In it, actors
LEE Sun-kyun and
JUNG Eun-chae are featured visiting the Namhan Fortress where they confess their love for each other. The poster displays the warm and natural atmosphere of the film which is typical of HONG's films.
Nobody's Daughter Haewon is HONG's first foray in Berlin since
Night and Day and it is the only Korean film in competition at the festival this year. Actor LEE Sun-kyun, HONG's frequent collaborator, also starred in
Oki's Movie which was invited to the Venice International Film Festival and for him, this is the second time for one of his works to be invited to one of the world's three major film festivals.
