A WEREWOLF BOY Scores 4 million

Director JO Sung-hee, actor SONG Joong-ki and actress PARK Bo-young’s A Werewolf Boy has hit 4 million since its opening on Oct. 31, in just 15 days. This is the 9th Korean movie that has crossed 4 million this year. According to KOBIS of Korean Films Council, A Werewolf Boy scored 157,784 on the 14th which added up to a 4,065,371 total. Moreover themovie broke Architecture 101’s record (4,100,000) and is now the 7th most popular Korean film of the year.

The movies that sold more than 4 million this year are The Thieves (13,020,000), Masquerade (11,810,000), The Grand Heist (4,900,000), Nameless Gangster: Rules of the Time (4,690,000), All About My Wife (4,590,000), Deranged (4,510,000), Architecture 101 (4,100,000), A Werewolf Boy (4,060,000 showing), and Dancing Queen (4,040,000). Meanwhile the action thriller Confession of Murder sold 109,007 tickets, scoring 1 million during its first week of release.
