The action franchise of THE OUTLAWS, starring Don Lee, started filming the 4th episode on November 18. Investment distributor ABO Entertainment announced on the 18th that THE ROUNDUP: PUNISHMENT confirmed the casting of actors, including Don Lee, Kim Mooyeol, Lee Donghwi, Park Jihwan, etc., and started filming.

THE ROUNDUP: PUNISHMENT depicts an upgraded crime-fighting operation of Ma Seokdo, a monstrous detective who formed a special unit with a cyber investigation team to catch the nation's largest illegal online gambling organization. 

Kim Mooyeol will be in charge of the 4th-generation villain who will face the detective. Kim Mooyeol plays the role of Baek Changki, a mercenary-turned-activist of an online gambling organization, playing the strongest villain with different charms. As a result, Actors Don Lee and Kim Mooyeol meet again on the screen for the first time in 3 years following The Gangster, The Cop, The Devil. Lee Donghwi was cast as Jang Dongcheol, an IT genius and a young CEO of the coin industry. Park Jihwan, who plays Jang Yisoo, the official scene stealer of THE OUTLAWS series, will also return. Once again, Jang Yisoo will add fun to the film by providing fantastic chemistry with Detective Ma Seokdo. 

THE ROUNDUP: PUNISHMENT is directed by Heo Myeonghaeng, who was in charge of the actions of box office hits such as Extreme Job, Train to Busan, and New World. Since Director Heo has been designing organized actions since the first episode of THE OUTLAWS series, he will perform hotter and more thrilling actions on the screen for the new episode. 

THE ROUNDUP: No Way Out, the 3rd episode of the series, which finished filming on November 10, is scheduled to visit the audience in 2023 after the postproduction process.
