  • Café Midnight: Missing Honey, Invited to the 42nd Hawaii International Film Festival Officially

    The romantic fantasy, Café Midnight: Missing Honey, starring Actors Yi Yikyung and Chae Seojin, has been invited to the 42nd Hawaii International Film Festival. The Hawaii International Film Festival is an influential film festival with more than 40,000 participants every year, starting in 1981 with the aim of cultural exchanges between Asia, the Pacific, and North America. The Hawaii International Film Festival, which marks its 42nd anniversary this year, will run from November 3 to 27. 

     

    Café Midnight: Missing Honey has been invited to the ‘Spotlight On Korea section’ and will meet the audience at the festival. Korean films such as PARASITE, EXIT, and Hostage: Missing Celebrity were invited to the section before. This year, a total of 9 Korean films have been invited to the section, including Café Midnight: Missing Honey, Broker, A Man of Reason, Hunt, Hommage, Next Door, Next Sohee, REMEMBER, and Limit

     

    Café Midnight: Missing Honey is a romantic fantasy that unfolds the story when Yoon (Chae Seojin) is looking for her lover (Yi Yikyung), who disappeared on the wedding day, and is invited to ‘Café Midnight’ that transcends time and space. In 2020, starting with Season 1 [Café Midnight], Season 2 [Café Midnight: Hip-up Hit Up], and Season 3 [Café Midnight: Mountain Clothing Stalker], the [Café Midnight] series are the web drama that attracted attention from domestic and overseas fans. Café Midnight: Missing Honey is a theater version holding a new story. It’s also Director Jung Yoonsoo’s screen comeback in 12 years, who directed My Wife Got Married, starring actors Son Yejin and Kim Joohyuk

     

    Café Midnight: Missing Honey, which has been invited to the 42nd Hawaii International Film Festival, is confirmed to be released on November 17 in Korea.
