The MEONAE Film Festival (MNFF), which started in 2018, is an annual grassroot film festival where around 100 residents actively participate as movie curators, directors, and staff. Residents turn various locations in the neighborhood, such as the local library, association offices, local administration buildings, and schools, into temporary cinemas for a true community-led celebration of movies.
