Born in 1979, LEE Chun-hee started out as a fashion model in 1997. After he graduated from the Seoul Institute of the Arts in dramatics, he debuted in the movie <A Good Lawyer’s Wife> in the year 2003. Afterwards he appeared in many TV series such as <Conspiracy in the Court> (2007) and <King Sejong the Great> (2008). He gained wider recognition after joining the cast of the hit variety show <Family Outing> in 2008. Appearing as a surprisingly clumsy person, he quickly became a variety show favorite owing to the funny duo he formed with KIM Soo-ro, who would constantly point out LEE’s awkwardness. He married his <Smile, You> co-star CHEON Hye-Jin in 2011. After his marriage, he returned to the TV screen in 2012 with the SBS drama series <Take Care of Us, Captain>. That year also saw him appear in CHUN Ji-young’s <National Security> and LEE Sang-woo’s <Barbie>. His next film wasn’t until 2014’s family film <How to Steal a Dog>, which he followed up with the high concept drama film <Collective Invention>, which premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2015.
