Perfect Storm Film was founded in 2013 by producer KANG Myung-chan and actor HA Jung-woo, who had previously worked together on <The Fox Family> (2006), <Forever The Moment> (2007), <Parallel Life> (2009) and <Project 577> (2011). They have more than 30 years of experience working in the Korean film industry between the two of them. KANG is one of the most prolific producers in Korea with extensive international production experience, while HA is one of the most famous leading male actors in Korea today, recognized for both his artistic talent and strong box office power. Perfect Storm Film is currently developing and producing independent films that are diverse, commercial and international. For its first project, it secured an investment from Warner Bros Korea to produce LEE Zoo-young’s debut feature <Single Rider> (2016), a drama film starring LEE Byun-hun and GONG Hyo-jin. In 2017, it co-produced with Artist Company the Korean crisis-themed action-thriller <PMC>, which also marked the second collaboration between director KIM Byung-woo and HA Jung-woo since <The Terror, LIVE> (2013).Less
