  • Jeonju to meet increased demand with new soundstage
  • 11.30.2011

  • To meet increasing demand from films shooting in the city, Jeonju Cinema Studio is set to build additional production space by July 2012. The new space will be a 795㎡ soundstage along with 560㎡ of adjacent facilities including a make-up room.
Recent films that have shot in Jeonju include KANG Je-kyu’s <My Way> and JANG Hun’s <The Front Line>.
The city also has post-production facilities for editing and sound. The Jeonju Film Commission (JJFC) offers incentives to international productions that shoot in the city or North Jeolla Province.
