Kim Sung-bum (Eom) is a fiery police detective who uses intuition and instinct to capture criminals. After one of his fellow officers is killed during an undercover assignment, he is paired with Ho-ryong (Ju), a young and confident criminal profiler from the FBI. As the duo carries out their special investigation, the suspect is always mysteriously able to remain one step ahead of them. When the police department begins to obstruct their investigation, they become suspicious and begin to fear internal corruption. Slowly they discover just how high up this conspiracy may go.

Writer/director Hwang Byeong-gug made his feature debut in 2005 with <My Wedding Campaign>, which tallied over half a million admissions at the box office. Having recently acted in RYOO Seung-hwan’s  <The Unjust> as well as current release <The Client>, one expects that Hwang has become well acquainted with the criminal thriller genre.
