18th Florence Korea Film Fest to Spotlight CHO Jin-woong
BLACK MONEY to Open Italian Celebration of Korean Cinema
After being delayed from its usual March slot by this year’s COVID-19 pandemic, the Florence Korea Film Fest is set to return for its 18th edition between September 23 and 30. The festival will open with BLACK MONEY (2019) and will feature a special focus on the film’s star CHO Jin-woong. Closing the festival will be the thriller Bring Me Home (2019), the comeback project of star LEE Young-ae.
Other features screening in this year’s lineup include mystery-thriller Idol (2019), exorcism horror-thriller Metamorphosis (2019), war film The Battle: Roar to Victory (2019), mystery-drama The 12th Suspect (2019), disaster action-comedy EXIT (2019), global sensation PARASITE (2019), family drama A Little Princess (2019), period drama MAL·MO·E: The Secret Mission (2019), and the indie dramas Moonlit Winter (2019), Move the Grave, Garden, Zoological (2019) and Light for the Youth (2019).
