KONG Hyo-jin and 
KIM Rae-won are reuniting in the upcoming rom-com 
The Most Ordinary Romance (translated title), which entered production on January 7.
 
The feature debut of Director 
KIM Han-gyeol, who has previously made several indie shorts, 
The Most Ordinary Romance will be about the encounter and ensuing rocky relationship between two singles hurt and disillusioned by past romantic experiences. Jae-hun (
KIM Rae-won) is unable to move on after his most recent break-up and tries to drown his sorrow, while Seon-yeong (
KONG Hyo-jin) still holds a grudge against her ex-boyfriend since their separation has ruined her relationship with her co-workers.
 
KONG Hyo-jin has been on a roll recently, having recently starred in the all-too-real thriller 
Door Lock (2018) and the crime action 
Hit-and-Run Squad, the latest of which comes from 
Coin Locker Girl (2015) director 
HAN Jun-hee and will hit domestic theaters in two weeks from now. As for 
KIM Rae-won, he has just finished filming 
Long Live the King, the adaptation of a popular webtoon in which he plays a gangster boss running for president in order to impress his love interest. KONG and KIM had previously met in the 2003 television drama series 
Snowman.
