YUN Eun-hye and PARK Si-hoo Confirmed for AFTER LOVE

Korea-China Co-production Project in Shoot
 

Actors PARK Si-hoo and YUN Eun-hye have confirmed for the newest Korea-China co-production film, After Love (Sa-rang-hoo-ae). This will be PARK’s first film in two years since Confession of Murder and it will be YUN’s return in 3 years since Little Black Dress. After Love is a melodrama about a man who only realizes love after it’s lost. From the production side, Lian Entertainment will join the venture from Korea while Beijing Great Gold Culture Media Co., LTD will participate as a co-investor from China. EO Il-seon of Plastic Tree (2003) and In Between (2009) will take the director’s chair.

PARK Si-hoo will be playing the character of KIM Sung-jun, who was a passionate pilot but when he loses hearing on the right side, he is assigned a different role at work on ground. This breaks down Sung-jun, who almost gives up on life and gets an arranged marriage. To Sung-jun, wife Eun-hong is like a piece of furniture, forgotten and ignored. But when an unfortunate and unexpected death falls on Eun-hong, Sung-jun hears about her first love and decides to take her ashes to him. YUN Eun-hye will play Sung-jun’s wife, Eun-hong. After Love started shooting early November in Jeju Island and plans to be released in theatres next year May.
