Top 3 Films Unchanged at Korean Box Office
With no major new releases, the top three spots at the Korean box office remained unchanged. As holdovers slowed, so too did business overall, with 1.8 million tickets sold, 62% of which for Hollywood titles.
Slowing 38% after its gargantuan start, Marvel’s Doctor Strange remained the top draw over the weekend, adding another 1 million spectators (USD 8.15 million) to bring its haul to 3.97 million viewers (USD 30.44 million).
Down about the same amount was local action-comedy
LUCK-KEY, as it amassed another 451,000 admissions (USD 3.35 million) in its fourth frame, bringing its total to a sizeable 6.38 million entries (USD 45.32 million).
Suffering a steeper 61% dive was local horror
