Born in 1988, Koo-yong earned his BA in Media Communication from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and is currently a candidate for an MFA in Film/Video/New Media at School of the Art Institute of Chicago. He directed <A Walk>(2017), <Winter in Seoul>(2018), and <Afternoon Landscape>(2020).
