KIM Young-kwang, born in 1987, is an actor and model. He started his career in 2006 as a model for a fashion advertisement, which allowed quickly thereafter to walk the runways of many fashion shows, notably for Dior Homme in 2008. After his acting debut in 2008 in the romantic drama series <Worlds Within>, he took part in several other TV series and was also part of the main cast of comedy-action film <Runway Cop> (2012), but his career didn’t take off until his role as a friendly hospital resident in drama series <Good Doctor> (2013). He then starred alongside PARK Bo-young in the rom-com <Hoy Young Bloods> (2013), which opened in 2014 to moderate success. Fortunately, the rest of the year went better for him thanks to his leading roles in popular series <Plus Nine Boys> and <Pinocchio>. He was later named “New Star” at the SBS Drama Awards. In 2016, he played against SOO Ae in comedy series <Sweet Stranger and Me>, and took part in the thriller drama <Lookout> in the following year.
