Studying film and beginning his career later than the norm, Park Je-wook graduated from the Seoul Institute of the Arts in 2005. He has directed numerous short films, including Iteawon Elegy(2003), Shinaema Pradiso(2004) and Crying Flyers(2008). He also co-wrote the adapted the screenplay for My Friend and His Wife(2006). So Very Very is his feature directorial debut.
