Through his use of stylish visuals and smart scripts, his works started to create a fan base. With 2010’s <The Influence> starring LEE Byung-hun, LEE Jae-kyoo stepped into the world of silver screen and showed his daring nature and potential as a filmmaker. With his second directorial film, <The Fatal Encounter> in 2014, not only was the film popular domestically, it was selected for Shanghai International Film Festival’s Panorama section, Asian Film Festival of Dallas and also Fantasia International Film Festival, proving himself as a veteran filmmaker.
