One of the most prolific performers of Korean cinema in recent years, PARK Cheol-min is an easily recognizable face within the industry. Comfortable in an array of characters but most often cast in physical, comic performances, each year that passes seem gives us more and more films featuring his presence. Over the years he has appeared in a diverse array of works that includes <Rikidozan> (2004), <Blood Rain> (2005), <The Fox Family> (2006), <May 18> (2007), and <Cyrano Agency> (2010). Recently, he has been particularly active with no less than seven features in 2011, including <Meet the In-Laws>, <Sector 7> and <Spellbound>, and another five in 2012, such as <As One>, <The Concubine> and <The Tower>. Following supporting roles in more genre fare such as the time travel sci-fi <AM 11:00>, PARK explored new territory as the lead in the controversial drama <Another Family>, which debuted at the Busan International Film Festival in late 2013. PARK then appeared in the 2014 summer swashbuckler <The Pirates>. He next played a yacht captain in the drama-thriller <Perfect Proposal> and then alongside KIM In-kwon in the smaller release <Clown of a Salesman>.
