Principally active on television, he starred in several hit TV series such as <Golden Apple> (2005-2006), <Over the Rainbow> (2006), <Invincible Lee Pyung Kang> (2009), and <Queen In-hyun’s Man> (2012), and also had a few TV show hosting stints. After his mandatory military service, he made his comeback in TV series <Trot Lovers> (2014) and also starred in the critically acclaimed series <The Awl> (2015) which dealt with the issue of unfair dismissal of temporary workers. He has recently starred in black comedy <TRUE FICTION> (2017), his first film in six years, in which he played a bestselling novelist confronting a corrupt politician.
