LEE Beom-soo has worked his way up from minor and supporting roles to become strong main characters. His acting has not subtle but strong impacts that resonate over time. He made his name as an actor with <City of the Rising Sun> co-starring with movie heartthrobs, [JUNG Woo-sung] and [LEE Jung-jae]. He delivered an impressive act as a wacky friend to two lead actors. He continued to play various comic supporting roles including a delivery man in The Opening, a Shanghai gangster with signature long hair in <Anarchist>, and an obnoxious relative of a family insurance fraud ring in <Just Do It>. He scored a lead role in <Jungle Juice>, which portrayed two friends who happened to steal drugs from a drug dealer. He made a box office success playing a 12-year-old boy struck by progeria in <Oh! Brothers>. He has demonstrated strong acting caliber, which is an unusual element in comedy movies, and his acting skills shin brighter in human dramas. He depicted heartwarming characters such as an old bachelor teacher in <Wet Dreams>, a kind bus driver in <Hello, UFO>, a legendary baseball pitcher in <Mr. Gam's Victory> who fell into oblivion, a couch for weightlifting team in <Lifting King Kong>. Following a pair of smaller films and stints on TV, LEE appeared in the black comedy <Over My Dead Body> in 2012. In 2014 he played the charismatic antagonist in the JUNG Woo-sung-led action-thriller <The Divine Move>. He next appeared in one of many small roles in the high concept romcom <The Beauty Inside>.
