North Korea’s vice foreign minister requests asylum. In order to get rid of him, North Korea sends code name Chief CHOI to the South. Meanwhile, code name Mr. KIM, who lives in South Korea as a spy, also receives his first order from the North in 10 years. Mr. KIM has a secret rendezvous with Chief CHOI and then starts gathering his fellow comrades to help him plan the traitor’s assassination.
