YOON’s next short <Sprout>, which followed a little girl who gets lost in her neighborhood as she tries to find her way to the store, was very well-received following its debut in Busan, eventually earning the Crystal Bear for Best Short Film at the Berlin International Film Festival, as well as turning its young actress KIM Su-an into a star. YOON next participated on the script from mainstream thriller <Tabloid Truth>, released in 2014. For her feature length debut, YOON returned once more to the Generations Section of the Berlin International Film Festival with <The World of Us> in 2015. Another tale of young girls struggling with complicated emotions as they move towards adulthood, the film drew acclaim from critics.Less
