In-chul is an insurance agent, but also known as a swindler. Hyun-tae is a paramedic with one daughter who also harbors a very keen sense of justice. Min-soo is a business entrepreneur who runs a small company. These three men have been best friends ever since their childhood. But everything changes one day when Hyun-tae’s mother asks In-chul to stage a robbery of her illegal gambling arcade in order to collect an insurance settlement. While In-chul agrees to the plan and stages the robbery, the event soon brings the close friendship between the three friends to an end.

Confessions stars JI Sung, who most recently starred in the romantic comedy Watcha Wearin alongside KIM A-joong as Hyun-tae. Also starring are I Am the King (2012) and Marriage Blue star JU Ji-hoon as In-chul and frequent supporting actor LEE Kwang-soo, from All about My Wife (2012) as Min-soo. Confessions is the debut of director LEE Do-yun, who previously made the shorts We. Trippers (2006) and Neighbors (2007).
