  • New Thriller from THE MAN FROM NOWHERE Director

Shortly after completing production on their third picture, the North Korea-themed thriller V.I.P. by PARK Hoon-jung, Warner Bros. is embarking on their next project, which will be the thriller Bad Police (translated title). Directed by LEE Jeong-beom of The Man From Nowhere (2010), the film has tapped LEE Sun-kyun and PARK Hae-joon to lead its cast. Filming is scheduled to get underway on March 15th. Bad Police features a storyline with a corrupt police officer caught in various circumstances.

With Bad Police, A Hard Day (2014) star LEE Sun-kyun takes on his first leading role since 2015’s The Advocate : A Missing Body. He will also be seen next quarter as a co-star in the KIM Hye-soo gangster title A Special Lady.

After making an impression as the lead of JUNG Ji-woo’s well-received index Fourth Place (2016), PARK Hae-joon has been booking a lot of roles. Later this year he will be seen both in The Proxy Soldiers, the next 20th Century Fox Korea project, and the recently wrapped court drama Silence with CHOI Min-shik.

Director LEE Jeong-beom scored a massive hit in 2010 with the smash hitman thriller The Man From Nowhere, starring WON Bin. His last effort was No Tears for the Dead, another hitman thriller released in 2014.
