OK Taec-yeon and JO Jae-yun Co-Star in New LIM Dae-woong Project
Horror specialist LIM Dae-woong will return to the director’s chair with new mystery-horror House above Time (literal title). The director will collaborate with stars KIM Yun-jin, OK Taec-yeon and JO Jae-yun on the new project. KIM will play a housewife who loses her husband and son and is sent to jail for 25 years. Upon her release she returns to her former home, where the incident took place.
Famous around the world for being one of the main cast members of the hit ABC show Lost, KIM has been a big star in Korea for years who has of late become very selective when it comes to new films. Her post-Lost credits include the hits Harmony (2010), The Neighbors (2012) and Ode to My Father (2014).
OK Taec-yeon who is known as a member of the major K-pop boyband 2PM has already appeared in several TV shows as well as the multi-strand big screen romantic drama Marriage Blue (2013). JO is one of the mainstay character actors of the Korean film industry, who has recently appeared in Miracle in Cell No. 7 (2013) and Inside Men (2015) among many others.
Director LIM previously made To Sir, With Love (2006) and was one of the directors on the first Horror Stories (2012) omnibus.
Filming for House above Time begins this month.
