The Asian World Film Festival began to raise interest in Asian films and is held in Los Angeles before the U.S. Academy Awards and the Golden Globe Awards, targeting films from 50 countries across Asia. The 8th Asian World Film Festival kicked off on November 9 and will continue its 10-day festival until November 18. Decibel will be screened at AMC Marketplace 6 on November 12.
