"The swallow came by."
In the dead of winter, a woman returns home disheartened after hearing that the colleague she had been writing a novel with has made a literary debut. Her husband, who had spent the day at home, casually mentions that he saw a swallow in the boiler room. She doesn't believe him. But that night, a strange and mysterious purple chirping drifts in from somewhere beyond the window, and as if spellbound, she slowly begins to follow it… Purple Swallow is a Korean independent fantasy drama about a quiet, violet-hued miracle that gently seeps into a frozen everyday life.
