While In-young and her peers at the Seoul International Arts Company are performing overseas, In-young's mother tragically passes away in Korea. Despite the challenging year that follows, In-young remains resilient. Faced with imminent eviction due to overdue rent, she secretly moves into her arts company building. Just as she starts finding stability in life and dance, Seol-ah, the chief choreographer, discovers In-young's sanctuary. Seol-ah has no choice but to bring In-young home and take her in temporarily.
In-young and Seol-ah reluctantly begin their life together amidst preparations for the arts company's 60th-anniversary performance. Seol-ah feels the pressure to deliver an impeccable show for her mentor, the company's chairwoman. Meanwhile, In-young becomes a target of envy and bullying from the company’s top dancer, Na-ri. As In-young and Seol-ah navigate their unconventional coexistence, they gradually learn to reconcile expectations with reality and find unexpected comfort in each other’s company. Over time, the two realize that even in adversity, the human spirit can discover solace and strength through the most unexpected connections.
