Tattooist Soo-na has a strange habit of putting her hand on a man’s pants to check something while dancing with him. One day Ji-soon comes up to her, requesting a tattoo on his back. He repeatedly comes and orders her to make a tattoo of Medusa. The day his tattoo is finally completed, Soo-na sees Ji-soon rape and kill a girl. She realizes that the number of victims correlates to the number of snakes on Ji-soon’s back.
