Mong-ryong is afraid of communicating with the world. As a hobby he collects phone numbers scribbled on the walls. One day, out of curiosity, Mong-ryong dials one of the numbers and meets Sim-chung. As they share their pain and sorrow, the relationship grows more and more intimate. However, Mong-ryong is hurt by Sim-chung’s little lie. He turns his back on her when Sim-chung needed him the most.
