Most of all, TV is placed on the very center of our home, and we spend most of our days and nights, except for the sleeping and labor time, sitting in front of TV. TV is ""the second god, the third parents and the firth mighty"" to the moderners. In this circumstance, we have these following questions--do we see TV? Or does TV see us? This film explores the ways in which mass media infiltrate into people's lives and shows aspects of people's lives through the form of both drama and documentary. In this way, the film has two parts. The first part is the drama, People in the Media Woods where we can see that a person has been controlled by TV in the process of becoming an adult since the babyhood. The second part is the documentary, A War against TV where the question of what is really TV to us is asked showing the states of those who are banned to see TV in a month.
