Corporal PARK, an enlisted man in charge of the army marching band, happens to break the baton which the commanding general of the division had awarded to the battalion commander. When the battalion commander has to report to the general, Corporal Park volunteers to come along as an orderly, in order to prove himself. He manages to flatter the general with his wit.
