One day, a girl's father dies from an overdose in a subway public toilet. The girl panhandles pretending to be crippled. She spends most of her time at a park chasing pigeons. Her only happy memory is that of her grandmother. But she has been dead for a month and left to rot inside their house. When she cannot put up with harsh reality any more, she decides to escape from it.
