Mankind has constructed marine farms and ranches all over the ocean floor. Robot Taekwon V is in charge of protecting these marine facilities. Inside the marine base, the commander, Hoon, Chul, and Doctor Norman's daughter Yuri are discussing ways to locate Doctor Norman, a famous marine biologist who has gone missing. In the end, Hoon, the can robot (Chul), and Yuri embark on an underwater exploration in search of Doctor Norman. The group enter a submerged submarine. Yuri is attacked by a giant octopus inside the submarine but the can robot rescues her with a Ketmook strategy and they set off on their exploration again. When the group rescue Lilia, a mermaid who is being chased by a robotic shark, she tells them that there are amphibian beings living deep in the ocean. They also learn that they are plotting to stop humans from developing the oceans and that her father Surong has been imprisoned by Sutan, a dictator who has now claimed the thrown and is planning to attack the land. When Lilia asks them to help the underwater world return to its peaceful past, an underwater task force led by Taekwon V is put into action. While Hoon, Chul, and Lilia are enjoying a vacation together, the robot sharks of the amphibian beings attack the underwater city and destroy it, jeopardizing the naval base that the commander is in, but Yuri drives the Jebi and calls in Hoon.
